Hey everyone ! Let me introduce myself...my name is Essi and i'm 18
years old girl from Finland.
The reason why i'm writing in english is because i don't really like
writing in finnish,so please
excuse my grammar mistakes since english is not my first language.
I LOVE music and singing.
Don't get me wrong,i love my family and friends too,but seriously without music i don't know where
i would be now.
Music helped me go through some really bad times.
I believe that there are a lot of people in this world who have survived bad times through music.
Which kinda music do i listen to ? kpop.
I know you're all like what's kpop ? silly me, i'm already thinking that people would actually read my blog.
Well anyway let's move on.
What's kpop ? It's the best music people have ever created in this world.
Kpop doesn't mean korean pop,it means Korean popular music.
I love kpop. It's my life.
I mean i don't hate american music..i just think nowadays the music is all the same in every single american song.
But i don't hate it.
Back to kpop then,so there are a lot of girl/boy groups and in every group they have lead vocalist,main vocalist,main dancer,leader and main rapper,that's why i love kpop it's so different.
Every single korean idol is working always so hard, they all stay so humble and they love their fans
and truly respects them.
There's another reason why i love it.
I love everything about South Korea: the food,the people,the culture,music,kdramas etc.
I could talk about kpop all day but now let's talk about kdramas meaning Korean dramas,they're amazing.
Every korean drama is so brilliantly made. (not sure is that even an actual sentence)
There's always some really cute/handsome man/boy in the lead role and the girl/woman lead are always so cute/beautiful,so it's always a pleasure to watch them besides the awesome story line.
Let's talk about something else that i really love: singing and dancing.
I've always loved singing ever since i was a little girl.
When i'm singing it makes me let my emotions out.
No matter was i angry,sad or happy but whenever i sing it's just a pleasure that nothing else can't beat that feeling.
Dancing.
To speak the truth..i've hated dancing since i wasn't really good at it.
But ever since i got into kpop, i started dancing and that happened over a year ago.
It could be that maybe even now i suck at dancing but at least it gives me a good feeling that i've learned something about dancing.
It's almost midnight now and i just wanna get this "introduction" to be posted.
Anyway...i don't know what i'm gonna become because becoming a singer here in Finland sucks and i don't have that much money to go somewhere else to be a singer.
So practically my life sucks,cause i can't become something that i've always wanted to be.
Fortunate though is that i have an amazing family and friends.
Well i only have one best friend and she's my cousin too so we've known each other for almost our whole lives. She's the best,she's always been there for me. I love her.
I couldn't live without her.
She's my only friend but to be honest i don't need anyone else beside me except her.
So about fashion and all that stuff girls originally always like,that's not me.
I mean i like fashion but i always prefer to dress just however i like.
I think that when i'll find that someone who is "the one" for me,i wanna play video games with him and do things with him that most of the girls don't do nowadays.
I don't have a boyfriend at the moment and i'm glad it's that way,cause no girl ever "needs" a boyfriend.
Someday that someone will come and then we'll fall in love and all that stuff.
But i'm happy,i don't need a boyfriend to make me happy.
I don't go to any school right now.
Just figuring out myself.
